HOW IT WORKS

From dead-letter office to your door

A transparent, six-step process from carrier auction to your doormat.

  1. 1. Carrier auctions

After the statutory holding period, major UK carriers liquidate parcels that couldn't be delivered or returned. We bid at these official auctions — never on lost personal mail.

  2. 2. Intake & weighing

Each parcel is logged, weighed and classified Small (≤1 kg), Medium (1–3 kg) or Large (3–10 kg). The original courier label is removed.

  3. 3. Compliance screen

Parcels are non-invasively screened for restricted goods (perishables, medicines, weapons, hazardous materials). Anything flagged is destroyed responsibly and replaced.

  4. 4. Re-seal

Cleared parcels are re-sealed unopened in VaultDrop wrapping. We do not know what's inside. Neither will you, until you open it.

  5. 5. Shuffle & assign

Parcels are shuffled within their size class and matched to orders on a first-in-first-out basis.

  6. 6. Tracked delivery

Your VaultDrop arrives in 3–5 working days, fully tracked, with proof of delivery.
