Terms & Conditions

1. About us

VaultDrop ("we", "us", "our") is a trading name of VaultDrop Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. By placing an order through vaultdrop.example you ("the customer") agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and resident in mainland England, Scotland or Wales to place an order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order we reasonably believe to be placed by a person under 18 or outside our service area.

3. Nature of the product

VaultDrop sells sealed mystery parcels. The contents of each parcel are unknown both to us and to the customer at the point of sale. You acknowledge that you are purchasing a sealed parcel of unknown contents and not a specific item.

Every parcel is guaranteed to contain at least one physical item with a minimum estimated retail value equal to or greater than the price paid (excluding shipping). This is a mystery retail product and not a game of chance, lottery, prize draw or gambling product within the meaning of the Gambling Act 2005.

4. Sourcing

Our stock is sourced exclusively from authorised liquidation channels of UK postal and courier operators following the statutory holding period for undeliverable parcels. We do not knowingly purchase, hold or sell parcels reported as lost or stolen.

5. Pricing & deals

  • Small Mystery Parcel: £5
  • Medium Mystery Parcel: £8
  • Large Mystery Parcel: £15

Multi-buy promotions ("buy 3 get 1 free", "buy 5 get 2 free") apply per size and are calculated automatically at checkout. Free items are of the same size as those purchased and have no monetary value if your order is later cancelled in part.

6. Orders and contract formation

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order-confirmation email.

7. Delivery

We aim to dispatch within 2 working days. Estimated delivery is 3–5 working days via a tracked courier. Risk passes to you on delivery.

8. Cancellation and returns

Because the value of a mystery parcel depends on its sealed-and-unknown state, your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 does not apply to parcels whose seal has been broken (regulation 28(1)(b) — supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised; and regulation 28(3) — supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return).

Unopened parcels may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. See our Refunds & Returns page for the full procedure.

9. Prohibited and removed items

We screen all parcels and remove items that are prohibited or restricted under UK law, including but not limited to: weapons, controlled drugs, prescription medicines, perishable food, hazardous materials, fireworks, live animals and plants, alcohol, tobacco and vapes. Such items are destroyed responsibly. Personally identifiable documents are also removed and securely destroyed.

10. Faults and damage

Report damaged parcels or broken items within 48 hours of delivery, with photographic evidence, to be eligible for a replacement or partial refund.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any order is limited to the price you paid for that order.

12. Intellectual property

All website content is the property of VaultDrop Ltd or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order is the version that applies to that order.
