Refunds & Returns

The short version
- Before you open it: 14 days to return for a full product refund.
- After you open it: the parcel is no longer returnable for change of mind.
- If it's damaged or faulty: tell us within 48 hours with photos and we'll make it right.
Unopened parcels — 14 day return
You may return an unopened, undamaged parcel within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Return postage is at your cost unless the parcel was sent in error. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt.
Opened parcels
Because the value of a mystery parcel depends on its sealed-and-unknown state, the standard 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply once the seal has been broken (regulations 28(1)(b) and 28(3)). This does not affect your rights in respect of faulty or damaged goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Damaged in transit
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, photograph it before opening and email support@vaultdrop.example within 48 hours. We will issue a replacement or refund.
Faulty or broken items inside
If an individual item inside your parcel is broken on arrival, photograph it within 48 hours and contact us. We will issue a partial refund proportionate to the affected item, or replace the parcel at our discretion.
Minimum value guarantee
Every VaultDrop parcel is guaranteed to contain items with a minimum estimated retail value at least equal to the price you paid. If you genuinely believe yours did not, contact us within 14 days with photos of the contents and we'll review and resolve.
How to start a return or claim
- Email support@vaultdrop.example with your order number.
- For damage/fault claims, include clear photos.
- We'll reply within 1 working day with next steps and, where required, a return label.
Refund method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned parcel or approving your claim.
Free items in multi-buy
Free items from "buy 3 get 1" / "buy 5 get 2" offers have no individual monetary value. If you return part of a qualifying multi-buy order such that you fall below the qualifying threshold, the value of the free items will be deducted from your refund at the equivalent product price.
